How places are held while you pay
Your basket does not hold a place. Going to payment does, for a short time.

Putting something in your basket does not hold a place. Someone else can still book it.
When you go to payment
When you tap Go to payment, we hold your places for 3 hours.
If you do not finish paying in that time, the places are given back, so other people can book them.
If something goes wrong
If your payment reaches us after your places were given back, and someone else has taken them, we refund you.
If the payment page stops, wait a minute before you try again, so that you do not pay twice.
